Proportionate control
Every approval step that slows down low-risk usage erodes trust in governance. We do not ask for approval at the green tier, only a record.
AIZEC grew out of a real enterprise need: AI usage was everywhere, and nobody could say exactly where.
AIZEC came out of the practical needs of a large-scale enterprise AI governance programme. The initial question was simple: if employees are already using AI, how do we make that usage visible and safe without banning it?
We saw early that banning does not work. Every blocked tool came back the next day through a personal account. This time it left no trace at all. The real task was not cutting off access but making the approved path the easiest path.
That required three things: an inventory reflecting real usage, a decision mechanism proportionate to risk and predictable enough to trust, and an evidence trail that accumulates behind every decision on its own. AIZEC brings the three together on one data model.
Today AIZEC runs as a multi-tenant platform where every customer organisation is its own tenant. The governance model is adapted per industry, but the founding principle does not change: usage that never enters the inventory cannot be governed, and a decision with no record cannot be defended in an audit.
Each of these three principles has a concrete counterpart in the product; we have written down which one.
Every approval step that slows down low-risk usage erodes trust in governance. We do not ask for approval at the green tier, only a record.
In an organisation without an inventory, risk assessment is guesswork. That is why the first entry is voluntary and made as easy as possible.
Audit readiness should not be a separate project. In a well-designed workflow, evidence is created alongside the decision itself.
Outcome metrics specific to your tenant are reported on your own dashboard.
Without the working model behind it, a governance platform is just an empty database. That is why every deployment starts with the model itself.
In an organisation without an inventory, AI risk assessment is the formal name for guessing.
Whether you are building your first inventory or preparing for an audit, we will identify your starting point together.
